Just updated to latest OS, on a 2015 Dodge and a 2013 Chevy using the auto detect function, scanner would restart. I tried to data log problem but when it restarted it would loose the log. on both cars if you manually selected it would work fine.

How did you update the OS? Do you mean you updated the maxisys software? what is the version number of android on your maxisys?

As for this case, could you please tell me the VIN No. for this car? If you have collected datalog, please go to Maxisys-Data manager-Data Logging-Unsent, please check the datalogs are there or not. If yes, please send to us.

Thanks. We checked the datalog, there is no problem in the vehicle software. What's your system version? Please go to Setting to check the system version? We guess there is something wrong with the Maxisys App, so may I suggest you go to System Setting->Backup & Reset ->Factory data reset, please execute it and update your system program again.
